Can the massage therapist go straight to my room without meeting me?
No. The guest-floor elevator (42F+) requires a room keycard and is only accessible from 41F. Your therapist can reach 41F using the public elevator from 2F, but they cannot go higher
without you. Meet at 41F and ride up together.
Can I book a late-night massage at Park Hyatt? (after midnight)
Yes. Many outcall massage services accept bookings until 3:00–5:00 AM. A late-night surcharge typically applies (¥1,000–¥2,000). The hotel lobby on 41F is accessible 24 hours, and the
2F entrance remains open for guests. The meet-up process works the same way regardless of the hour.
The hotel has its own spa (Club on the Park). Why book external outcall?
Club on the Park (45F) offers spa treatments, pool, and fitness — but operates on its own schedule and menu. If you want a private massage in your own room at a specific time
(including late night), with your choice of therapist and style (shiatsu, oil, deep tissue), an external outcall service gives you that flexibility.
Can I get a couples massage (two therapists at the same time)?
Yes — Park Hyatt rooms are spacious enough. The standard Park Room is 45 m², and suites range from 60–290 m². All room categories can accommodate two therapists working
simultaneously. Mention “couples massage” when booking so the service can confirm availability and dispatch logistics.
Shiatsu or oil massage — which works better here?
Both are excellent choices at Park Hyatt given the room sizes. Shiatsu is done on the bed through clothing — zero setup. Oil massage uses a mat or towels and needs some floor space,
but 45 m²+ rooms handle this easily. A bonus: the deep bathtubs with city views make a post-oil-massage soak a natural luxury sequence.
How far in advance should I book?
Same-day booking works. Most services can dispatch within 60–90 minutes. Park Hyatt is slightly further from central Shinjuku (12-min walk from the station), so build in a few extra
minutes for therapist travel. For peak nights, booking a few hours ahead is smart.
The hotel shuttle stops at 9:15 PM. How does my therapist get here late at night?
By taxi or on foot. A taxi from Shinjuku Station to Park Hyatt is about ¥1,000–¥1,500 and takes 5 minutes. Walking from Hatsudai Station (Keio Line) takes about 7 minutes. Most
outcall therapists handle their own transport — you don’t need to arrange it.
Do I need to tell the hotel it’s a massage?
No. You’re meeting a guest at the 41F lobby and escorting them to your room. That’s normal behaviour for a registered hotel guest. Keep it simple and polite.
