Tokyu Stay operates six properties in and around central Tokyo’s east side: Tokyu Stay Ginza (191 rooms, 1-min from Higashi-Ginza Station), Tokyu Stay Tsukiji (125 rooms, inside Tsukiji Outer Market), Tokyu Stay Shinbashi (219 rooms, 3-min from Shinbashi Station), Tokyu Stay Suidobashi (155 rooms, 3-min from Suidobashi Station, 7-min to Tokyo Dome), Tokyu Stay Nihonbashi (121 rooms, 2-min from Shin-Nihonbashi Station), and Tokyu Stay Monzen-nakacho (110 rooms, 1-min from Monzen-nakacho Station). None has a spa — making an external outcall massage the only option for a private in-room session.
This guide covers how to book an in-room massage at any of these six Tokyu Stay properties: lobby meet-up logistics, room size considerations, what to message your service, and how to pay safely — whether you’re based in Ginza, the Tsukiji food district, business-hub Shinbashi, Tokyo Dome-adjacent Suidobashi, historic Nihonbashi, or the charming shitamachi neighbourhood of Monzen-nakacho.

Outcall difficulty level (all 6 properties)
Easy. All six are modern business hotels with ground-floor entrances, 24-hour front desks, and keycard room access. The process: meet the therapist at the lobby and escort them to your room. The central/east Tokyo corridor covered by these properties is one of the fastest zones for outcall massage dispatch — therapists can typically arrive within 30–45 minutes.
1) Six locations spanning Ginza to the east side at mid-range prices
From Ginza’s shopping heart to Tsukiji’s seafood market, business-hub Shinbashi, Tokyo Dome-adjacent Suidobashi, the Nihonbashi business district, and the charming shitamachi area of Monzen-nakacho — Tokyu Stay offers clean, modern rooms across central Tokyo at a fraction of luxury hotel prices. All six are in prime dispatch zones for outcall massage.
2) In-room washer-dryer & microwave
Every room (except Ginza’s Superior Twin) has its own washing machine with dryer and microwave. For extended trips, this is a major practical advantage. The apartment-like feel makes in-room massage sessions feel more natural and private. Note: the washer-dryer occupies floor space that reduces usable area for massage — see the room size section below.
3) No spa — outcall is the only option
None of the six properties has a spa, fitness centre, or treatment rooms. If you want a massage during your stay, an external outcall service is the only route. You control the timing, therapist, and style completely.
4) Distinct breakfast experiences at each property
Ginza has chef-prepared plates, Tsukiji has outer-market partner restaurants (sushi, seafood sets), Shinbashi has Italian cuisine, Suidobashi offers the “Stay Morning+” in-room microwave breakfast with rice cooker option, Nihonbashi has free lobby coffee and nearby Nihonbashi dining, and Monzen-nakacho has a 1F breakfast buffet plus excellent shitamachi neighbourhood restaurants. A good breakfast + evening in-room massage is a strong daily rhythm for travellers.

Yes — outcall works well at all six. These are straightforward modern hotels with 24-hour front desks and keycard room access. Meet the therapist at the lobby and escort them to your room.
Important: Most rooms are compact (15–20 m²) with an in-room washer-dryer reducing usable floor area. Read the Room size reality check below — it determines which massage style works best. Exception: Monzen-nakacho’s larger koagari rooms (29–37 m²) offer significantly more space.

Property-specific notes
Tsukiji: The market area shuts down by early evening, so by the time most sessions happen (8 PM+) the streets are quiet. The giant fish mural on the building exterior (facing Harumi-dori) is a useful landmark for dispatch.
Nihonbashi: The hotel has a security gate at the entrance requiring a room key. Meet your therapist outside the gate or at the lobby just inside.
Monzen-nakacho: The hotel is on a quiet side street one block off Eitai-dori. Share the address clearly — the nearby Tomioka Hachimangu shrine is a recognisable landmark for taxi drivers and therapists navigating to you.
Tokyu Stay rooms include in-room laundry equipment which reduces usable floor area. Here is the massage-style guidance:
Moderate Single / Double (15–18 m²): Very compact. Shiatsu on the bed is the only practical choice. No floor space for an oil massage mat. This applies to most rooms at Suidobashi, Nihonbashi, and the standard rooms at Ginza, Tsukiji, and Shinbashi.
Superior Double / Comfort Double (18–22 m²): Workable. Shiatsu on the bed is safest. Oil massage may be possible with furniture adjustment — confirm with the service.
Twin / Superior Twin (26–32 m²): Comfortable for most massage styles including oil with a floor mat. Ginza’s largest room (32 m²) and Tsukiji’s Superior Twin (26 m²) are strong options.
Monzen-nakacho koagari rooms (29–37 m²): The best option across all six properties for in-room massage. The raised-floor (koagari) design with low beds gives open floor area that works excellently for oil massage on a mat. The 37 m² Residential Family room is spacious enough for couples massage.
Couples massage: Only realistic in 26+ m² rooms. The Monzen-nakacho 37 m² room is the most comfortable choice.
Key recommendation: Always mention your room size + the in-room washer-dryer when booking. For 15–18 m² rooms, book shiatsu on the bed — it works perfectly in compact rooms. If you want oil massage, book a twin or koagari room at Monzen-nakacho.
Many guests care about a therapist’s age and appearance. The mistake is trusting services that show full-face “model-like” photos as if they are guaranteed.
Be careful with services that display clear full-face portraits. Those photos are often heavily edited.
Most reliable outcall services avoid full-face photos for privacy. That restraint is often a trust signal.

Three things to confirm before dispatch:
1. Total price (including surcharges) 2. Meet-up point (lobby) 3. Estimated arrival time

For room size: Monzen-nakacho wins — the 29–37 m² koagari rooms with low beds and open floor area are ideal for any massage style. For the Ginza area: Ginza has the largest standard rooms (up to 32 m²). For dispatch speed: all six are in fast dispatch zones, but Ginza and Shinbashi are slightly more central. For atmosphere: Tsukiji offers the unique experience of being inside the outer market, and Monzen-nakacho is a charming shitamachi neighbourhood. For events: Suidobashi is the closest to Tokyo Dome.
For shiatsu on the bed — yes. The therapist works through clothing, no floor mat needed. Oil massage is not practical in 15–18 m² rooms with the in-room washer-dryer. Always mention room size when booking.
It reduces usable floor area. Turn off the machine before your session. Mention the washer-dryer when booking so the therapist can plan accordingly.
Yes. All six properties have 24-hour front desks. Many outcall services accept bookings until 3:00–5:00 AM. Late-night surcharge (¥1,000–¥2,000) typically applies.
No. None of the six properties has a spa or treatment rooms. Outcall is the only option.
No. Guest floors require keycard elevator access. Meet at the lobby. At Nihonbashi, there is a security gate at the entrance — meet your therapist at or just outside the gate.
Only in 26+ m² rooms, and it will be tight in most. The Monzen-nakacho Residential Family room (37 m²) is the most comfortable option across all six properties.
Shiatsu (on bed, through clothing) and deep tissue (on bed). Both require zero floor space. For 26+ m² rooms, oil massage with a mat also works.
60 min: ¥15,000–¥25,000. 90 min: ¥20,000–¥35,000. Late-night surcharge: ¥1,000–¥2,000. Confirm total before dispatch.
One of the best zones in Tokyo. Multiple Metro and JR lines converge across this corridor. Therapist arrival times are typically 30–45 minutes from confirmation — sometimes faster. Monzen-nakacho is slightly further east, but still well-connected via the Tozai Line (Otemachi/Tokyo Station in 5 min).
Tokyu Stay Suidobashi — Tokyo Dome is a 7-minute walk. After an event, you can be back in your room and receiving a massage within about an hour if you book ahead.
No. You are meeting a visitor at the lobby. Normal behaviour for a registered guest.
