The hotel has an onsen. Why do I need outcall massage?
The onsen on 2F is for soaking — hot-spring water, sauna, and hot tubs. There are no massage treatment rooms and no therapists on staff. If you want hands-on bodywork (shiatsu, deep
tissue, pressure-point relief), outcall to your room is the only option. The two experiences complement each other: soak first, then get a massage.
Can I get oil massage in a 15–20 m² room?
Not practically. At 15–20 m², there is minimal usable floor space. Shiatsu on the bed is your realistic option. If oil massage is important, consider a nearby hotel with larger rooms.
Can I book a late-night massage? (after midnight)
Yes. Many outcall services accept bookings until 3:00-5:00 AM. A late-night surcharge (¥1,000-¥2,000) typically applies. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk. Bonus: the onsen is open
until 10:00 AM, so you can soak after a late-night massage before sleeping.
Can the therapist go to my room without meeting in the lobby?
The reliable approach is to meet at the 1F lobby and go up together. This avoids confusion and keeps things smooth.
How much does outcall massage cost?
Typical Tokyo outcall prices: ¥15,000–¥25,000 for 60 minutes, ¥20,000–¥35,000 for 90 minutes. Late-night surcharge: ¥1,000–¥2,000. Always confirm the total before dispatch.
How far in advance should I book?
Same-day booking is normal. The hotel is between Shibuya and Harajuku stations (both 10 min walk), so therapist travel time is reasonable. For peak times (Friday/Saturday 8-11 PM),
book a few hours ahead.
Is there train noise?
Some rooms face the JR Yamanote line tracks and guests have reported train noise. If this concerns you, request a room on the opposite side when booking. Rooms have soundproof
windows, but results vary. For a massage session, the noise is typically not an issue — most sessions happen in the evening when trains are less frequent.
What is the best sequence: massage first or onsen first?
Onsen first is generally better. The hot water warms and loosens your muscles, making the subsequent shiatsu session more effective. After the massage, you can soak again if you want
a final wind-down before sleep.
Do I need to tell the hotel I am having a massage?
No. You are meeting a visitor and bringing them to your room. That is standard behaviour for any registered guest. Keep it casual.
Is outcall massage safe for solo female travellers?
Yes, with a reputable service. Check for clear pricing, professional communication, and real reviews. You can specify a female therapist when booking. The hotel also has a separate
women-only onsen area on 6F.
Can I pay by credit card?
Most reputable outcall services accept cash (Japanese yen), credit card (Visa/Mastercard), or online payment. Confirm when booking. If paying cash, have the exact amount ready.
Can I get a couples massage at this hotel?
Not realistically in the rooms (15–20 m²). Two therapists cannot work simultaneously at this size. If couples massage is your priority, choose a hotel with rooms of 40 m² or more.
