Tokyu Stay operates five properties across the Shinjuku, Yotsuya, and Ikebukuro corridor: Tokyu Stay Shinjuku Eastside (208 rooms, near Higashi-Shinjuku Station, opened 2021), Tokyu Stay Shinjuku (near Shinjuku-sanchome Station — currently closed for full renovation, reopening October 2026), Tokyu Stay Nishi-Shinjuku (near Nishi-Shinjuku-gochome Station, renovated March 2024), Tokyu Stay Yotsuya (near Yotsuya Station, the only Tokyu Stay in Tokyo with on-site parking), and Tokyu Stay Ikebukuro (near Ikebukuro Station, currently undergoing renovation). All feature in-room washer-dryers and microwaves, 24-hour front desks, and compact rooms from approximately 15 m². None has a spa — making an external outcall massage the only option for a private in-room session.
This guide covers how to book an in-room massage at any of these five Tokyu Stay properties: lobby meet-up logistics, room size considerations, what to message your service, and how to pay safely — whether you are exploring Shinjuku nightlife, visiting Kabukicho, working near the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, staying in the quieter Yotsuya district, or based in the Ikebukuro entertainment hub.

Outcall difficulty level (all properties)
Easy. All are modern business hotels with ground-floor or lower-floor entrances, 24-hour front desks, and keycard room access. The process: meet the therapist at the lobby and escort them to your room. The Shinjuku/Ikebukuro corridor is one of the best-connected zones in Tokyo for outcall dispatch — therapists typically arrive within 30–60 minutes. Yotsuya note: front desk is on 3F, not ground floor — direct your therapist to take the elevator to 3F.
1) Five locations across the Shinjuku–Ikebukuro axis at mid-range prices
From the Kabukicho nightlife heart (Eastside) to the business district near Tokyo Metropolitan Government (Nishi-Shinjuku), the quiet residential zone between Shinjuku and central Tokyo (Yotsuya), and the entertainment hub of Ikebukuro — Tokyu Stay offers clean, modern rooms at a fraction of luxury hotel prices. All are in prime dispatch zones for outcall massage.
2) In-room washer-dryer & microwave = apartment-like privacy
Every room (except some budget singles at the Shinjuku property) has its own washing machine with dryer and microwave. The apartment-like feel makes in-room massage sessions feel more natural and private. Note: the washer-dryer occupies floor space — see the room size section below.
3) No spa — outcall is the only option
None of the five properties has a spa, fitness centre, or treatment rooms. If you want a massage during your stay, an external outcall service is the only route. You control the timing, therapist, and style completely.
4) Eastside has the widest room range — including a 69 m² penthouse
The Shinjuku Eastside property (opened 2021) is the newest and largest, with room types from 18 m² compact doubles to 41 m² deluxe twins and a 69 m² Garden Suite with terrace. For in-room massage, the deluxe twin and suite rooms offer excellent working space for any massage style.

Yes — outcall works well at all operating properties. These are straightforward modern hotels with 24-hour front desks and keycard room access. Meet the therapist at the lobby and escort them to your room.
Important: Most rooms are compact (15–20 m²) with an in-room washer-dryer reducing usable floor area. Read the Room size reality check below. Exception: Eastside’s deluxe twins (41 m²) and Garden Suite (69 m²) offer significantly more space.

Shinjuku/Ikebukuro is one of the best-connected dispatch zones in Tokyo. For the broader overview: Tokyo Hotels for Outcall Massage (parent guide).
Most properties
Meet at the ground-floor lobby / front desk area. Escort the therapist to the elevator with your keycard. Free coffee available in most lobbies.
Property-specific notes
Yotsuya: Front desk is on 3F, not ground floor. Direct your therapist to take the elevator to 3F first, then meet at the front desk area.
Eastside: Front desk is on 2F. The building faces Meiji-dori (easy to identify). Late-night arrivals from Kabukicho: the hotel is on the quieter north side of the entertainment district.
Nishi-Shinjuku: Located in a residential-business zone. Quieter streets at night — share the exact address with dispatch to avoid confusion.
Tokyu Stay rooms include in-room laundry equipment which reduces usable floor area. Here is the massage-style guidance:
Compact Double / Single (15–18 m²): Very compact. Shiatsu on the bed is the only practical choice. This applies to most standard rooms at all five properties.
Koagari Twin / Residential Twin (25 m²): Workable. Shiatsu on bed is safest. Oil massage may be possible with furniture adjustment.
Deluxe Twin at Eastside (41 m²): Excellent for any massage style. Oil, shiatsu, deep tissue, or couples massage all work comfortably here.
Garden Suite at Eastside (69 m²): Exceptional space with full kitchen and terrace. Any massage configuration works perfectly.
Key recommendation: Always mention your room size + the in-room washer-dryer when booking. For 15–18 m² rooms, book shiatsu on the bed. If you want oil massage, book the Eastside deluxe twin (41 m²) or larger.
Be careful with services that display clear full-face portraits.
Many guests care about a therapist’s age and appearance. The mistake is trusting services that show full-face “model-like” photos as if they are guaranteed. Those photos are often heavily edited.
Most reliable outcall services avoid full-face photos for privacy. That restraint is often a trust signal.

Three things to confirm before dispatch:
1. Total price (including surcharges) 2. Meet-up point (lobby floor) 3. Estimated arrival time

Very. Shinjuku is the busiest station in the world and a major hub for JR, Metro, and private railways. Ikebukuro is similarly well-connected. Therapist arrival times are typically 30–60 minutes. Yotsuya is on the JR Chuo Line and Metro Marunouchi/Namboku lines — also fast to reach.
